Khorasan Grain Policies
There are discounts by picking up locally, so essentially, shipping cost is built into the price of the grain. UPS offers us a flat shipping rate, so we are able to guess what the cost will be to ship "free" to you and build that into the total price for the item.
Products are shipping from SE Idaho.
We ship to addresses within the U.S. Shipping times may vary depending on location and product availability. Delivery delays due to carriers are outside our control.
There are no returns and refunds on food product.
This item is non-returnable due to potential safety risk as an ingestible product, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, please provide an image of the item and its defects and we'll do our best to make it right.
