We started growing khorasan in Idaho because we wanted to bring something pure back to our table—and yours. Modern farming prioritizes yield over nutrition, speed over quality. We take the opposite approach with regenerative practices. Our Idaho fields are never sprayed with pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. We plant cover crops, rotate fields, and let the soil rest. It's slower. It's harder. But it produces grain that tastes like grain used to taste.
